Elaina Jones has been a Certified Professional Coach since 2013 who also studied Clinical Mental Health. For the past 15 years, she has been a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant.

In 2019, Elaina created the Cope Queens podcast. Her professional journey has allowed her to work with people from all walks of life. Although their lives varied, there were similarities in how and why some struggled or had difficulty overcoming challenges or adapting to change.

As the Creator and Host, Elaina strives to challenge mental health stigmas and offer support to those in need. Elaina connects with her audience by sharing her own experiences with Depression, Social Anxiety, and General Anxiety Disorders.
