Creator and Host
Elaina Jones is a Certified Professional Coach who also studied Clinical Mental Health. For the past 10 years, she has been a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant for over ten years. As a scholar-practitioner in Instructional Design and Technology, Elaina has worked diligently to leverage adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies to help businesses provide training and development the help their employees and leaders succeed.
In 2019, Elaina created the Cope Queens podcast. Her professional journey has allowed her to work with people from all walks of life. Although their lives varied, there were similarities in how and why some struggled or had difficulty overcoming challenges or adapting to change.
As the Creator and Host, Elaina strives to challenge mental health stigmas that prevent those from seeking support and asking for help by sharing her own experiences with Depression, Social Anxiety, and General Anxiety Disorders.
